Haven't heard that one before. Makes me have to think waaaaayyyyy back.
Uninstall. When you re-install, VERY early in the process is a "What language do you want?" appears and gives you several several choices. _Usually_ the default choice (the one already in the selection window) is English. Somehow or another, when you were at that point initially, Spanish was chosen.

Place DVD in drive.
Open My Computer.
Right-click on the drive that the DVD is in. Opens a Menu.
Click on Explore.
Check the files on the disk, looking for any .txt or .pdf files.
Open any .txt file in Wordpad/notepad/Word
or
Open any .pdf file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If those files are written in Spanish, you somehow got a Spanish-ONLY DVD. If that is the case
PrintScreen and or Print a copy of those files
or
Start the game and wait for any screen that uses exclusively Spanish writing screen and PrintScreen.
Open Paint, click in the "canvas" area (to position the cursor) and type Ctrl-V to put the screenshot onto the canvas.
File
Save as
Make sure to change the picture format from .bmp (HUGE file size) and Save as a .GIF.
Print a copy of the picture.
Take whatever you printed with the Spanish text, along with the game, back to where you purchased it from. They _shouldn't_ hassle you about exchanging it. This looks like a case of just a mixup when the game components were assembled.
If you brought online, you'll have to contact the Customer Service Department via email. Attach the .GIF file to the email. Generally, they wouldn't even bother (8 times out of 10) to have you return the Spanish-only disk, and they'd send you the English version instead.
